  • With Stripe (U.S.-based) for payment processing; Stripe handles card details securely (PCI-DSS compliant) and does not share them with us beyond transaction confirmation. Transfers to the U.S. are protected under Stripe's privacy commitments.

  • With shipping providers (e.g., Canada Post or UPS) for delivery of products like cast acrylic sheets; only name, address, and order details are shared.

  • With service providers for email marketing (if consented) or fraud detection, bound by confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell your Personal Information. Personal Information will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it or as may be required by law (e.g., order records for 7 years for tax and audit purposes under Canadian law). Account data for shopping carts is retained until you delete your account or request removal. After that, we securely delete or anonymize data.

6. Accuracy

Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used, such as ensuring correct shipping of laser supplies. You can update your details via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
